Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, the product ordered, and the shipping method selected.
- United States: Approximately 7–15 business days
- International Orders: Approximately 10–25 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, TechPop may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.
International Orders
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at dhruv.010606patel@gmail.com with your order number.
We will do our best to help locate your package and work with the shipping carrier when necessary.
Please note that TechPop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
